Cancellation Policy

• Appointment Cancellations: We understand that things come up, so we allow cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice without any fees. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client.

• Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours): Unfortunately, cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee. This fee helps us cover the time reserved for your appointment. 

• Every effort will be made to contact you prior to your scheduled appointment time. If we do not hear back from you in regard to you attending the appointment, we will have pass your appointment to another client on our waiting list. We understand this may cause some inconvenience but as a small business we cannot afford to assume attendance to appointments.
